D-1    ASHGABAT

Upon arrival at Ashgabat Airport meet with a guide and transfer to city. Check-in after 14:00. Overnight at hotel.

D-2    ASHGABAT

City tour, with visits of Ertogrul Gazy Mosque, Independence Park, Neutrality Arch, National Museum, Nissa (UNESCO) and Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum. Overnight at hotel.

Meals: Breakfast at hotel.

D-3   ASHGABAT –MARY-ASHGABAT (by air)

Take morning flight (06:15-06:55 or 09:50-10:30) to Mary. Excursion to Ancient Merv (UNESCO).  Return to Mary. Visit the History museum of Merv region. Transfer to airport for evening flight  (19:20-20:00) to Ashgabat. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Meals: Breakfast at hotel.

D-4   ASHGABAT-DARWAZA (300 km, 6 hrs)

Half day city tour including visits to Anau mosque ruins, Ahalteke horse stables, Carpet Museum and (Sunday) bazaar. Transfer to Darwaza in the Karakum desert, with visit of Erbent desert community on the way. Set up camp and visit Gas Crater (known also as “Door to the Hell”).  Camp dinner and overnight in tent.

Meals: Breakfast at hotel. Dinner at tents near gas crater.

D-5   DARWAZA-DASHOGUZ (320 km, 6 hrs) –KUNYA URGENCH-DASHOGUZ-ASHGABAT (by air)

Drive to Dashoguz. Visit Kunya Urgench (UNESCO). Transfer to the airport for evening flight (20:10-21:00) to Ashgabat. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Meals: Breakfast at tents.

D-5   ASHGABAT DEPARTURE

After breakfast transfer to the airport for departure flight to home country (Check-in by 12:00).

Visa: ** Turkmen visa will be available at Turkmen Embassy in home country or at Ashgabat Airport upon arrival with our visa support letter, US$ 89 per person-Turkmen visa fee & immigration fee –US$ 14 per person; these have to be paid by the travelers themselves, at the spot, at the cash counter inside the Passport/Customs post, in cash USD (clean, undamaged bank notes). Euros are not accepted. Please make sure you have 2 photos (5x6) to present at the entry point.

• If a place of visit is closed to visitors it will be replaces with an alternative. During major events, accommodation may be changed and replaced with a similar category

• Sequence of itinerary and hotels given is subject to changes without prior notice.

• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. No reservations are made before confirmation received from client. If mentioned hotels are not available, we will substitute them with other hotels of similar class.

• Domestic flights are subject to change in timing and availability. If mentioned flight is not available, it will be changed to convenient one depending on tour program

• Tour payment should be made not less than 45 days prior to tourist group arrival to our bank account as per invoice.

• Cancellation prior 45 days – No charges apply 

• Cancellation prior 20 days – 50% charge of the tour price

• Cancellation prior 10 days – 100% charge of the tour price
