D1

TASHKENT - Arrival

Arrival of the clients at Tashkent International Airport by TK-370 flight from Istanbul at 01:05am. Meet and transfer to hotel (previous night is included.). Breakfast at hotel. PM. Lunch, after lunch half day city tour of Tashkent. Visit Khastimom complex (Kaffal Shashiy Mausoleum, Barak Khan Madrassah, Library with holy Koran), Chorsu Bazaar, Independence Square, Amir Timur Square, Navoi Theatre Square, some metro stations. Overnight at hotel.

Meals: Breakfast at Hotel. Lunch & Dinner at local restaurant.

TASHKENT-URGENCH (by flight)-KHIVA (30km)

After breakfast, visit to Zangiata memorial complex in Tashkent region. Today mausoleum Zangi-Ota is a part of the architectural and religious complex, which combines the tomb of the saint, a huge garden, madrasas, memorial mosque and minaret. Due to such beautiful places, your trip to Uzbekistan will be memorable.

Just a hundred meters from the mausoleum, there is a cemetery that is adjacent to another place of worship - the memorial complex and mausoleum of Bibi - Anbar, his wife and an associate of the famous Sufi.

Transfer to Tashkent airport to fly Urgench at 20:25 by HY57 flight. Upon arrival transfer to Khiva. Overnight in Khiva.

KHIVA

After breakfast full day city tour of Ichankala (inner town). Visit Kalta Minar, Muhammad Aminkhan Madrassah, Kunya Ark, Muhammad Rakhimkhan Madrassah, Juma Mosque and Minaret, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islamkhodja Madrassah, Toshhovli Palace, Allakulikhan Madrassah and Caravanserai. Overnight in Khiva.

KHIVA-BUKHARA (480 km, 8-9 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Khiva via Kizilkum desert. En route photo stop at Amu Darya riverbank. Upon arrival to Bukhara, dinner with folklore show at Nadir Devonbegi Madrassah. Overnight in Bukhara.

BUKHARA

After breakfast, start full day sightseeing in Bukhara. You will visit the Ark Citadel, which rises above the main square, the mausoleums of Ismail Samanis and Chashma Ayubs. The Poi-Kalon Ensemble impresses with the Kalon minaret. Other sights on your tour include the Miri-Arab Madrasah, the Magoki-Attori Mosque, the opposite Madrasahs of Ulugbek, and Abdulaziz Khan. At the Labi Hauz complex, the central pool provides refreshment, where pensioners sit and drink tea or play dominoes. In addition, with the Chor Minor mosque you will see one of the landmarks of Bukhara, which is based on the Indian Taj Mahal in terms of architectural style. Overnight at hotel.

BUKHARA - SHIRIN VILLAGE

After breakfast, visit to Sitorai Mohi Khosa – the summer palace of the last emir of Bukhara. Continue to Shirin village.

Arrive at Shirin village for lunch break. An Uzbek family will be waiting for you for lunch. During the conversation, you will learn a lot about the life of the compatriots.

In the evening Plov cooking demonstration. Overnight in Shirin village (Shirin Ethno House)

SHIRIN VILLAGE - SAMARKAND

After breakfast, drive to Samarkand. Upon arrival, your sightseeing program in Samarkand starts with Registan Square. Registan Square is the symbol of Uzbekistan. Visit the Bibi-Khanum Mosque, the largest structure of its kind in the Islamic world. Sights on today's tour also include the Shoh-i-Zinda Necropolis. Continue Tamerlane's Tomb, Gur Emir Mausoleum and Ulugbek Observatory, the observatory built by the ruler and scientist Ulugbek. Then our driver will take you to the "Muborak Sharipovna" family. A cook is waiting for us in the kitchen and she shows us the famous dish “Samarkandian manti (dumplings stuffed with vegetables or meat)”. Overnight at hotel.

SAMARKAND-TASHKENT (by train)

After breakfast, visit to ancient paper mill “Meros” in Konigil village - local factory revived an ancient tradition based on old Samarkand technologies. Interestingly enough but the production is manual and the visitors can watch a papermaking process with their own eyes. Transfer to the train station. Afrosiyob train[1] at 17:06 to Tashkent. Upon arrival, dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.
